Party Chat/ Multilayer Connection Test not working?

Okay, so I got a brand new satellite Internet setup installed today, because ATT dsl is garbage.

Well, I can connect to Xbox live, sign in, send messages, etc. But when it comes to joining parties it takes forever and a half to connect, and I always get the "network settings are blocking party chat" message. So then I go to test my connection, it says,
"eeverything is good, you're online." So I checked multilayer connection and I always get "can't finish the multiplayer test" message.

Advanced network details says my network is behind a restricted UNPN setting. I port forwarded all necessary ports for Xbox live, I turned off UNPN in my router settings, I reset my router, I restarted my Xbox/router/modem, I called my ISP, and they couldn't
find anything, I called my router manufacturer, and they couldn't find anything. I can connect to a party by myself just fine, but not with other players. Does anybody know what I'm dealing with here?

XBOne: Network test okay but no xbox live

*Test network connection* - everything is good but when i play fifa it says im not connected 2 xbox live and cant even join party chat so i *test multiplayer connection* and talking about some ip lmao the hell is going on.

What you have seems a combo modem/gateway/wifi router. Call your provider to put it into Gateway mode and to turn off the WiFi so you could use your own router. Try plugging directly from the gateway, to keep the router functions still working. Keep in
mind that the gateway should have more than one ethernet port.

Run the ethernet cable from the gateway (using one of the spare ethernet ports) to your Xbox One console

Log into the modem by typing 10.0.0.1 in the address bar of your browser.

Once logged in, set up port forwarding, and static IP rules for the console, instead of doing it through the router.

Save everything, reboot the modem, reboot the router, clear the cache on the Xbox One console, restart it and you are done

 

I had to purchase a router separately. I only received the modem with the internet package.

I tried manually inputting all of the values for IP, etc. Into the Xbox One, and cleric the Mac Address, but I just keep hitting the same brick wall.
