Party chat issues

Ok, so the problem me and my friends are having is quite frustrating. There is no specific scenario that causes the problem. when joining or creating a party for me and my friends, 90% of the time one or more people won't be able to hear or speak to the
others. Sometimes we might be able to hear them but they can't hear us as well. To fix the problem it takes MANY tries of re hosting the party with different people each time. Sometimes after trying different people we will try using the original person as
the host again and it might all of a sudden work. The point is there is no specific person causing the problem. The problems can arise with anywhere from 2 people and up (we normally have 6 people in our group). We all have our NAT set to open and have good
internet. Also, all of us have played together on the Xbox 360 and PS4 with no issues using their party chat. So the problem seems to be clearly on the side of the party app. It's extremely frustrating because the party feature is one of the most important
features for us, but it just doesn't work. The process to find a configuration that works for everyone can sometimes take 30 minutes or so. It just doesn't make sense and is really making some of my friends regret buying the console. Any solutions?

I've been using my tritons for sound and using kinetic for chat with my mates , if u snap party chat then turn it on , it works fine get the voices and sound through headphones just use kinetic for chat till adapter or new headphones arrive , we thought it worked fine on cod

 

I am having the same issue the chat system is terribly broken and it makes no sense... how do you have the best chat system for the last console and then terribly horribly break it for the next......

 

I'm glad someone else admits to having this issue. Every time I ask online for help with this issue everyone replies acting like I'm crazy and that the chat system is flawless lol. Clearly this isn't an issue on our end. It has gotten even more frustrating
in recent days. This needs to be fixed immediately.

 

its still going on, even today i cant hear anyone in party chat. Its so annoying i just want to play destiny with my buds. >.<

 

YES!!! Finally someone else with this problem. I too have called Xbox Live and complained. They checked everything, concluded it was not my fault ( of course) .. then they tried to say it was the game Destiny. . That the party becomes part of that game and
their servers...Well, I put a he through that theory when I told them it also happened while I was playing Minecraft. I am calling Microsoft out on this...ADMIT you have a problem, take responsibility!!!! And please fix the problem. I too have no problems
in my 360 parties. Anyone notice this problem started after the dashboard update??

 

So glad I'm not going crazy, although a little peed off ive just bought a new headset! Has anyone got this fixed yet?
