    controlled entirely by the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team. This means that Xbox
    Customer Support agents such as myself are unable to view the reasons for any suspension or
    modify them in any way. You will need to contact the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team in
    order to discuss this issue. As I work in a separate department, I am not able to tell you with
    any certainty whether or not they will restore your account. I am happy to help you get in
    touch with them.

    can even see such details, which Customer Support agents such as myself simply cannot see
    what occurred or why you may have been banned. If you are innocent of whatever charges
    they have.

    here, you have a Prior account suspension.

    I've been using my tritons for sound and using kinetic for chat with my mates , if u snap party chat then turn it on , it works fine get the voices and sound through headphones just use kinetic for chat till adapter or new headphones arrive , we thought it worked fine on cod

    I felt the same way when I called support. The moment you mention that the account was suspended they automatically assume that the suspension is still active without actually listening to whats being said to them. I also cant understand why they keep
    posting the same "suggestions" that do absolutely nothing.

    I mentioned this in another post, but companies these days are opting for less exclusion and more inclusion so that matters such as this can be resolved quickly. Companies now are more horizontal in structure to remove hierarchy and promote cooperation.
    And then you have Xbox, which apparently never got the memo and prefers to be ineffective and anger their customers.

    Now, either everyone at support is being told what to say, along with all the support members in these forums, or they are lying in order to get everyone of the phone or leave the online chat to avoid taking responsibilty.

    I'm getting flash backs reading this, because the last time I contacted support a few days ago I was running in circles repeating trouble shooting steps. Here's the big problem, standard support can't even do their jobs right in getting this kind of issue
    resolved because even they can't contact the XBL PET team. XBL PET can do whatever they want and they answer to no one, THAT'S the problem. Meanwhile standard support has to deal with the mess for them.

    Once this mute ban issue is resolved, steps need to be taken to fix the overriding issue, which is XBL PET not answering to any one and not being held accountable for anything.

    Exactly, Active PekPek. How can Enforcement be so one-sided? A system that is meant to improve the community is only destroying it. XBLPET is a complete contradiction.
