party chat is not working

Discus and support party chat is not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my party chat will not work and I'm getting a err code 0x89231906 i put code on the website and the xbox website won't come up with anything...     my party chat will not work and I'm getting a err code 0x89231906 i put code on the website and the xbox website won't come up with anything

    Can connect to party chat but everyone's mic is not working....

    So we connect to party chat fine.. but all the mics are not working.. party text is also not working.

    Tested mics with voice messages and they all working...

    Very odd issue as connecting to party is working just fine.

    Party chat not working

    so far the only game where I can hear people talking is Battlefield 4. I cannot hear my friends or speak to them in party chat . This been a problem, I can see the green dot in under my account in party chat, however I don't see my friends green dot. Can
    somebody help me out please.

    It is disappointing that party chat didn't work for you. =/ Hopefully the party chat works better on the PS4 for ya.

    Xbox One Mic or Controller Issue

    By any chance are you trying to use it in party chat? With party chat, you need to go into it and physically turn on party chat for it to work. Hope this helps!

    Have you double checked enforcement.xbox.com to make sure you do not have a communications ban? Also be sure to try a hard reset of the console.

    Apparently there is still an issue because I'm having the problem right now. Tells me I cant get a Teredo IP address. I've tried several times. Followed all instructions for resolving NAT issues, hard restarts of gateway and Xbox, numerous connections
    tests.
