    So I cant talk with friends because it says party chat is blocked, I thought it was because of party chat but the birth date is 1971, it not a connection error either. How do i fix this?

    Hello Jack,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue communicating with friends. Are you able to send messages? You may have an enforcement action not allowing you to chat. You can check on the
    enforcement website. On the website make sure you are signed in, far left box should show if you have one.

    Microsoft has an issue at the moment they are trying to solve it. Lot of people will have the same problem. It won't be possible to connect to your account until they fix this.
