Party Chat Glitches

I don't know if this is a error associating with the new Xbox One dashboard update, or something that just came about (started seeing this happen after getting new dashboard). However, anytime I try and go into a party or just plain game chat, it gives me
a blinking yellow circle when I talk, not the solid yellow circle. It also makes the other users voices sound robotic in a way. This still happens whether a mic is plugged in, using kinect, any type of chat device, and I get this blinking circle. It also makes
it so that the other users can't hear me. Any ideas, or any other information I can give. Also, could this be a result to the new dashboard update?

Party chat should be allowed when playing Dark Souls

I'm not aware of a glitch that allows you to use party chat but, if you want to talk with just one other person, you can use Xbox live private chat.

 

Xbox one party chat glitch

Me and a friend were trying to do a licence transfer/gameshare. While I was doing the game share, I was in a party, and now that we are done, it says i am still in the party (even thought I am not), and won't let me join or create other party's. My friend
is having the same issue. It also wpnt let us rejoin the party to leave it. Anyone know any fixes for this wierd glitch?

 

I'm having this problem as well. I'm in the Xbox Preview Program so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it.

 

Open up your console and leave a complaint in the feedback as an issue they will look into it.my only suggestion is hard reset your console for now
