    So I'm having an issue where I try to start or join a party i join for a split second and then it kicks me with error code 0x8923103D. I factory reset my router and Xbox one and nothing happened. Please help....

    Connecting to party issues

    In the case of "Fear The Doctor" above... this isn't a Party Chat error like the OP is having.

    You simply have to push the Menu button and select "Party Chat" because for some reason on rare occasions it puts you in a party but not in party chat.

    This does not solve the issue. I have the same problem & tried everything. The latest method is to delete skype & reinstall it. After that try to make a party chat. I tried this & it still doesn't work.

    The error code lookup only works for Xbox 360 error codes and I can't find anything on google. It maybe worth you checking with Xbox Support on Live Chat or maybe calling them.

    The chances are the issue will sort itself if you just hold down the power button for 10 seconds, leave the console for a minute and turn it back on.
