Party Chat Error 0x89231804

So i been having this issue for a while now. Pretty much since I got the update for NXE. I'm also in the preview program. At least once or twice an night while in a party I will get dropped from a party without any indication that I left. Only way
that I notice that I been dropped is either my friends are no longer hearing me talk or I don't hear anyone for a while. I snap the party and get error 0x89231804 every time. I tried powering my Xbox completely down and unplugging its from power. Rebooted
my modem and router. And i still have the issue. It doesn't matter if I'm party leader or not and the time that I'm in the party can vary. I could be in for a while or just a minutes and it drops. I looked up the issue and only found very few forums post but
with no resolution. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and is there anything I can do to fix it. It also doesn't matter what games I'm playing either. It happens in online and even just in single player games.

Over the last few days and when I turned on my xbox, it wouldn't connect to the internet, when I finally managed to connect it I have been having party issues for the last 2 days. It will drop randomly without telling me, The voices will be choppy, or like
they are speaking fast, and it happens when I play games. I have searched the internet and have done numerous of things but nothing seems to work

help I am getting very annoyed.
