    Party Chat Disconnects


    Hi All,

    Another party chat conundrum...

    Having the same issue. Will be in a party all day and then at 20:30 my Local Time (GMT+2) Party chat will disconnect and THE error occurs.

    "Due to network limitations, you can't join party chat right now. (0x807d0106)"

    Tried everything to get back in just wont...

    I have not stuck around to see exactly when it starts working again. But the next morning it is fine again. There is nothing else running on my network...

    Not part of the preview program.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? : South Africa/Gauteng

    Modem brand & model number: : TP - Link TD-W8961N

    Router brand & model number: : TP - Link TD-W8961N

    Wired or wireless: : Wired

    Things you have tried: : First : Port Forwarding

    : Secnd : DMZ

    : Third : UPnP

    : Rebooting router / XBox etc...

    : Current: UPnP and DMZ together / Static IP

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown : Yes

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? : Open

    Any Error Codes you encounter: : 0x807d0106

    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): : MWEB

    After the disconnect and error I have also tried these solutions:]

    * Do a hard reboot

    First shut off your Xbox one and unplug the power for 30 seconds.

    * Another method

    1. From Dashboard screen, go to Settings > Disc and Blu Ray > Persistent Storage, and then clear Persistent Storage. Repeat this step three times.

    2. Now go back to Settings, select Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC, and “Clear Alternate MAC”, finally restart your device to check if it is fine.

    * If it doesn’t take any effects, it might be due to a strict nat and you should reset your router and open some ports.

    I have also taken this issue to my ISP - They have confirmed that there is nothing that happens on the network from their side that might cause this...

    Disconnect from ANY interaction with a console in THE SAME HOUSE.

    So why does the party chat disconnect us as well?

    I had the same exact issue, I hated messing with the Teredo Address issue, unfortunately you need an Open NAT to be able to obtain the teredo address without issue, I suggest getting an easier gaming router or better ISP If you can't get it fixed.
