Party chat color is green and it isn't my actual profile color

My party chat color appears as green ever since I changed my gamer picture on 4/9/17

My actual gamer color is supposed to be blue.

My xbox party color isn't the same as my theme color. Why?

My xbox party color is green. My personal color on my account is orange. Why didn't my party chat color change? I've had the color set to orange for a while. More then two weeks.

My Xbox One Profile color issue

For the past couple of months I have noticed that my friends cannot see the correct color I have set to my profile which is Purple. They see the default Green. I can see that my color is Purple but if i go into party chat my chat icon has a Green border.
I have also gone onto different profiles to see how my own profile, to see looks from another accounts view, and it is indeed Green as grass. How does one fix this issue? I just want my profile to look nice again

^^Yup, color blind ON means the enemy shows orange and friendly is blue. Color Blind OFF is red, green, and blue for party.
