    Party chat can NOT hear me but I can hear them. How do I fix?


    I have tried the following:

    • NAT is open
    • IPv6 used
    • UPnP is on with no problems/all services are available
    • Router updated
    • Controller and xbox updated
    • Clearing MAC and restarting
    • Hard reset xbox one
    • Restarting router and xbox one
    • Controller associated with profile
    • Privacy settings are open to everyone
    • Not muted in party
    • Not blocked or muted by anyone in party
    • Not signed in to discord
    • Not muted myself or in game chat
    • All three mics were tested and work outside of Xbox
    • Used port forwarding on router
    • Used auto port
    • Checked mic is on and has volume
    • Game chat can also not hear me

    I have tried virtually everything that I can find on Youtube/Google/Reddit. Any help would be appreciated.

    Yes, I've played other games and it's happened, the only time I can talk to me friends is in a party chat. But I have a friend who plays on a ps system.

    This procedure may help in this chat case: Go to Settings > Audio and change the audio settings from Party Only to All Lobby Audio. You can also disable the Proximity Chat option in the Audio section.
