    Party Chat Blocked Error?


    I have this exact message when trying to start a party. "Party chat is blocked. Check your online safety settings by going to Xbox.com. Or, check your enforcement history by visiting enforcement.xbox.com [0x87DD0019]

    I have checked my online safety (sort of) not really sure what they mean by this but my Settings are custom and I am free to do anything on my account (Not a child account)

    Second I checked my enforcement history. And its yellow. When I clicked on it, it says decision upheld. This was a case from 4/25/2016 for a communications dispute. Does decision upheld me JUST NOW they are suspending me for something that happened 8 months
    ago?! Party Chat Blocked Error? :(

    Party Chat Blocked

    I've tried every solution and still cant seem to get my party chat working. Teredo is installed and works fine (no errors, and nothing saying not qualified) I went through services etc and still nothing fixed the issue. My party chat worked fine until the
    new update was done to the xbox app. If anyone has any advice on how to fix this, I would be forever greatful, thanks.

    Now that everything is working any party chat I join show me as disconnected with the error code 0x807a1007 saying my network settings are blocking party chat. Was working fine earlier and I have an open NAT

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue communicating with friends. Are you able to send messages? You may have an enforcement action not allowing you to chat. You can check on the
    enforcement website. On the website make sure you are signed in, far left box should show if you have one.
