Party chat blocked, error [0x8000FFFF] and some save content

This really does work, and to do it go to settings, account, remove accounts, select your account, then go to the side bar, sign in, add & manage, then put in your information and you'll be good to go

I was having the exact same problem as MithKopite94 (error [0x8000FFFF])

Simply signing out and signing back in sorted the problem for me

 

This can also be caused by your internet connection. If you are experiencing slow speeds or network data loss. I have this consistently due to my internet service provider providing subpar internet service. My speed and packet loss will fluctuate wildly.
Normally when this is happening for me I have at least 30% packet loss, and this is tested from the XBOX and from a hard wired computer. Unfortunately I have no choice to go through the cable company. One way I fix this is by turning the cable modem off for
15 minutes so I get a new IP address from my provider and then it seems to clear up for a period of time. If it does not then I hold the power button on the XBOX to do a hard shut down and restart the console and it is fine after that.

 

Signing out and in solved it for me

 

I've reset my console several times, signed out and back in, reset and run tests on my Wi-Fi which are all showing normal. Several games and apps will not get past the loading stage. Does anybody have any real information on this issue besides the above
generic solutions?

I'm having some issues too. I signed in and out and restarted my console hundreds of times and it still doesn't work. I've also restarted my router too. It was let start up anything. It says I'm connected to the internet but when I try to connect to Xbox
live it says to connect to a wireless network when I already have. Anyone have an idea?

 

Having this exact issue a year later any fix yet?

Try signing out of your profile and the signing back in, sometimes the profile needs to be refreshed on the console and those steps have been known to resolve this error.
