Party chat blocked, error [0x8000FFFF] and some save content

Does support even read these forums? is there any way to draw attention to this issue? I have exhausted all of my resources.

 

@uppedrainbow , plug the xbox straight into the c3700 and see how it acts ....take the Nighthawk out of the loop ...do the test while its hooked up to the modem...

 

Which test are you suggesting I do? Also I got the r7000 because I heard it could run two xboxs on the same network.

 

I ran the test for multi player connection and it said everything checked out fine then I held all my triggers and bumpers for a more detailed detail network statistics. NAT type is still moderate Detailed NAT information says: Your network is behind a port-restricted
NAT. Status code 0x40002000064. Now I'm googling. I would like to speak to a manager haha wish it were that easy.

 

Oh! I got my party chat to finally work. for future reference if you have an r7000 you have to check the box to enable smart connecting. However the nat issue is still the same.

 

@upped , if you plugged straight into the c3700 and your SURE it is in bridge mode , and your nat isn't open , then your isp has you behind a layer of nat ....a c3700 in bridge mode dosent control any nat , its a passthrough , so if you have nat there ,
your isp must be doing it ....public or private ip address?

 

I found out that if you go to settings, power-up and start-up, and then change it to instant instead of energy-saving, the party chat issue was fixed.

 

I've tried everything not working at all

 

Same thing is happening to me im getting everyone of those codes. cant even play a game. it takes forever for me to sing into my account and when i do i cant even see my community page everything is down and its making me frustrated

 

This has been happening to me for about a week on/off. Some days it's fine other days it just doesn't load messages, says parties are blocked, gives me that error code, doesn't load any game data (even for Netflix) etc. Tried resetting my internet but that
wouldn't always work so I tried signing out and back in which seemed to fix it instantly. I noticed that it only seemed to start happening when I set it so that I automatically sign in. I am the only one who uses this Xbox but I never set it so that I'd sign
in straight away so maybe that's why it's happening?

 

Same thing here :/ Any fixes? ive tried signing out and back in and now my xbox side menu freezes every time i go onto party or past it so i cant delete and re-add my profile :/ any help?

This is rediculous, how can they call this support when this has not been answered for 2 months? This is all happening to me and my friend. We have done all the cliche stuff like signing in then out resetting everything and it does not work. Everything is
offline like party chat messages the friends list is messed up but my internet is working find! Help
