    Party chat audio


    I have a set of turtle beach stealth 600 and a set of astro A50 head sets for the xbox one and im now trying to use them on my series x and cannot get either one to put out party chat sound. I can't hear my friends and they can't hear me. Game sound works
    fine but that's it. I've tried all obvious solutions so any help would be appreciated.

    Are you using the chat mixer to change the balance between party and game chat audio? That function makes a beep when you max out the mixer function to all game or all party chat audio.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    Could you, please, elaborate a bit more on specifically what audio are you unable to hear when you have your headset connected to your controller? Game audio or Party chat audio?

    If this pertains to Party chat audio, then I recommend that you take a look at

    this     article as it covers different troubleshooting techniques for diffrent scenarios reguarding party chat.

    Keep in mind that certain headsets, if not equipped with a stereo feature, only support one type of chat, that is usually Party chat.

    To be able to record party chat audio you will need an Elgato or anything external capture card as that will capture any audio on your Xbox (Party, Game, All audio)

    Companion App and Party Chat Audio - Mixer/Streamlabs OBS

    The audio will come from the source. If your PC is the source of the party chat, it will be the source of where the audio is. You would need to either open the party chat on your console or get a headset that allows multiple inputs.
