Party app - Can hear others, they cant hear me

It always says mic is connected, even when the controllers off.

I have tried different controller, different headsets, I've even tried my kinect but no mic works. the little right will light up when i'm talking but they cant hear me. i have an open NAT type, I've reset my console and my router multiple times. i am at
a loss on what to do can anybody help?

Hi there, Blackbelt.

What brand/model headset are you using? Have you been able to check your

NAT type to ensure it's Open? Also, can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

Have you tried hard resetting your console? (Hold the power button on the console down for 10 seconds)

This fixes many issues, it may work for yours as well.

 

Yes this has been happening for 2-3 days, Ive reset router, hard wired connection, fiddled with NAT (always open). Been hearing several complaints as well on other sites.

 

Here is a link to another forum thread I found in which someone explains how they fixed this issue when they were having it. It is the second post on the thread, on the left side it should have "verified answer" next to it.

If youll notice, person who verified that post was the poster himself. Just like the guy under him, it did NOT fix the issue for me.
