it says all my friends are offline and i cant hear them in my party

Hey bud! Sorry about the issue. All you have to do is re fresh your network settings.

You can do this by going to settings

select network

select advanced settings

select your alt mac address

clear

restart.

Im having the same issue n so is all my friends on xbox xboit says everything is working if it working why are so many people having this issue

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

That is always a good first step as it resolves a lot of issues.
