Parts of Channel Lineups have changed. OneGuide/Xbox doesn't recognize the change.

Within the last week my cable provider (Charter Communications) went digital and changed some of their channels. Oneguide still displays the channel lineups at their previous channels. For instance, when I say "Xbox watch ESPN" the channel changes to 773
as shown on Oneguide to be ESPN. However, ESPN has changed to channel 818 as shown in the TV listing guide.

I've already tried clearing Oneguide, clearing history, as well as resetting the cable box. Please let me know what can be done to fix this.

    :)

  2. Channel mis-lineup for LUS fiber in Lafayette

Add another user with same problem. OneGuide should allow the user to over-ride the default channel lineup as downloaded from partner. We could fix our own problem in minutes if we could access the files controlling the channel lineup. I am not so sure
this is not an LUS issue as my previous device (Vizio Co-Star, which used GoogleTV) also had problems with downloading the proper channel lineup. This was not an issue while I was on Cox.

I have noticed with OneGuide, that when you pick your provider you are not given the option of SD or HD channel lineups. This used to be a standard option when syncing channel lineups. I don't know if makes that much of a difference any more since most
    lineups are HD now.

Hope it gets fixed soon since I hate showing off my Xbox One and having to say "Works great except with TV"

    Thanks

    Two OneGuide Issues

    1. I have Comcast/Xfnity none of the line ups for my zip code or surrounding zip codes match the actual line up on the cable box, so when OneGuide changes the channel it's the wrong channel. For example Oneguide says FOX is channel 5 but it's actually 7
    on the cable box.

    2. I have HD service when the OneGuide changes 3 digit channels only the first 2 numbers are accepted and I have gone to the advanced settings and changed the speed.

    Any Ideas?
