Partly Corrupted Cloud Save

Hey, I'm going someone can help. So I've been playing Maximum Football 2020 since it released last Friday. It's heavily customizable & I've been adding a lot of plays & some team edits to the game.

This morning I discovered I can't load the created plays & my team name/logo/uniform edits have been reset as well. However, I can still access my saved dynasty - the records & stats are fine, but team names have been reset within the save as well as outside
of it.

My cloud save is the same size as prior to this issue. It's as though the game is loading part of my cloud data, but not all. It's in one block. I'm in contact with the developer as well. I've deleted & resynced the local data, deleted & re-download the
game, and power cycled my Xbox as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Tom,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a save. The best thing to do is clear local saves and then sync the save from the cloud. There is two ways to do this. You can go to storage under setting and clear local save games. This
may remove all recent saves. You can use this guide for a specific game.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button  on your controller.
Select Manage game & add-ons > Saved data.
Select Delete all at the top to remove the local save of this game.
Select Delete all again to confirm.

After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox One console:

Press and hold theXboxbuttonin the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart.

Sorry to say but once a file is corrupted in any type of way nothing you can do about it

If it is corrupted on the local machine you can try removing that save and syncing to the cloud. However if the cloud save is also corrupted there is nothing that can be done.

The OP isn't trying to sync to the cloud as they have already done that. their question is whether the Cloud Save can become corrupted and so corrupts the console when the save syncs to it
