    Partially installed game stuck in storage (GamePass PC)


    Hi, so recently I installed forza through game pass on my pc. It wasn't fully done it was at 91% complete but my pc had restarted. When my pc was finish restarting I tried to continue the download but it says that its not even installed and now I dont have any space on my SSD to start a new install. I tried looking every where in my system for the forza file but could not find it. Right before I even downloaded forza the first time I had to clear up enough space before to even start the install. So even if the game deleted because it didnt finish downloading I should have space to redownload it. But I dont, and I havent downloaded anything else that is 90gb so I dont see what else it could be. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    they are basically wrapped versions of the console games. except a few like halo mcc.

    Hi there,

    first thing I would try is to uninstall the game and remove any partial downloads from the storage section (Settings - System - storage)

    When the game and partial downloads are removed then please clear the console cache via Settings - System - Storage - hightlight a storage device and press Y, this should show a menu with the option to clear the cache, please do this 3 times.

    After then power the console off, wait at least 60 seconds and then power the console on again, try and install/download something else.

    After that try and download/install the game again (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic)

    It depends on which game pass you have on your account, is it the game pass ultimate, game pass for console, or the game pass for PC?

    If you have the gamepass ultimate, then you do not need to buy anything, you can just sign in with your account and everything will work fine; since the GPU includes Xbox live gold, gamepass for PC, and gamepass for console.

    If you have Gamepass for console, then you will need gamepass for PC so that you can install PC games for free.
