Partial refund For Master Chief Collection

Hi, I purchased the master chief collection digitally via the xbox store.

I understand that your policy states no refunds but that is not legally binding as the product does not work as intended

You sold me a product that promised a full multi-player experience.

Clearly this product was defective as it does not.

Id like a refund for that portion of the game which as most people will attest is 75% of the experience

Looking back at my play history I spent 90% of my halo history in multi player not single player. But im not going to be greedy

Good luck with that. You will probably get someone to listen to your story assign you a ticket# for your concern and tell you they will get back to you. However when they do they will say sorry nothing we can do at this time is there something else I can
help you with. I called to ask for help due to my console freezing due to ACU download. It was a lesson in sheer idiocy.

 

^You'll probably get a better answer then you will here as they will generally refer anything to do with money or billing to the phone support.

 

Best thing to do is return it to game stop before they realize the online MP is broken, as of now they are still giving $40 in-store credit, and if they think I am even going to give halo 5 a sniff then they are sniffing glue. The halo 4 mp was broken the
MCC MP is broken so why would anything with H5 be any diff????

Well that sucks for him! But I already returned mine before gamestop catches on that the online multiplayer is broken and will probably stay that way as halo 4 MP was a disaster as well and only offers a $20 or $10 credit but thats his own dumb fault I mean
why would you buy a game that you cant trade in or resell thats just stupid????

 

I buy digital because I don't like dealing with discs, and I can play on my multiple console rather than carry a game binder around. Also I can afford it because I have a good job. Discs can also get scratched or lost, broken DLC can not

Im fortunite enough to be able to own multiple consoles.

I keep one at my house and one at my apartment.

I don't want to carry a game binder between the 2 locations nor do I want to lose a game due to physical damage or losing it.

 

You have out done yourself with that response, if you have so much money then why come on here crying looking for a refund??? I have been gaming for a while and have never damaged or lost a game disc, are you using them for coasters or frisbees? Also if
you have all this money why carry a game binder around just buy 2 copies of the game one for home and one for your apt? It sounds to me like I hit a nerve, a bit jelly are we that I already got some money back???

 

For me its a matter of principle.

I mean If I wanted to brag about my money, Id mention the fact, I'm in the process of finding a certain vintage Ferrari to buy. But, to me the principal matters more. As far as my treatment of discs, I have a bad habit of placing them ontop of the console.
Also I have ruined like 3 games on 360 by accidentally tipping the system

 

Wait a minute i work hard for my money.Is it too much to expect a fully working game when you pay so much for them.Another thing...why do we have to pay for dlc when we pay for the full game?Map packs wtf if you released call of duty or battlefield and realised
you should have added more maps why make us pay for them especialy when its mostly digital these days.And screw halo as well i payed £50 and only got reskins of mostly garbage maps that some Halo champion chose cos he hides with a sniper rifle been in 5 matches
since release...had time to take a bath...make dinner...go to the shop and find bill gates address so i can kick him in the pertunias....not all at once of course...had to restart matchmaking cos it crashed a couple of times bring back red faction 2 or
