    Hi, im having a strange issue with my connection, What ill be calling a "partial" state of connection to xbox one, It goes as follows

    For some strange reason, my connection is not consistent with all services, when i turn on my xbox i can see my friends connected and what they are playing, but for some reason im still asked to log on to xbox live, i check both my connection to xbox live
    and internet and all test come back positive, i also have no issues with my internet in any other device

    The problem also aggravates when i boot monster hunter world (now this was before the last update and havent checked if the problem repeats but it was really odd) , i had constant disconnections and was repeatedly asked to log in back again, the situation
    was made weirder by the fact that just earlier netflix was running smoothly with no interruptions

    has anyone faced a similar problem?

    My thread about wanting a refund got locked.

    but if it does not state this in the terms then it is not legal, steams states in the terms.

    in the uk they could not deny due to that reason as it is clearly not stated in the terms, in the UK the law overrides Microsoft policies anyway. if a game/software is seen as unfit or not working correctly then they have a period of time to sort it, if not then a partial or full refund can be made.

    Xbox live MAJOR issues!

    Sometimes a modem or router just goes bad. A call to your ISP should provide a cheap replacement.. If indeed the issue is on your end as stated above. TRY a direct modem conection to help diagnose. GOOD LUCK!!!

    Requesting a refund would be the only way to get a refund at all, and as you stated, since it's been over 14 days, the purchase would not be eligible for a refund. Microsoft do not offer partial refunds.

    a paying customer I want resolution. A partial credit to the store would also be nice for not having tested this prior to release date.
