Just to confirm, are does this happen with any type of disc, or is it only with games?

What kinda image are you seeing when you eject your disc? Does this cause any difficulties when you insert the next title into your console, or when you launch a digital game or app?

I would recommend using a
power cycle on your console by holding the Xbox button on the
front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.

Ya hice el reinicio presionando el boton de encendido junto con el de expulsar disco, tambien reset sin borrar juegos y finalmente reset total de fabrica y ni asi queda

Vamos aprobar un par de cosas para intentar solucionar el problema.

En ocaciones los aparatos que trabajan bajo sincronisacion por bluetooth se desvinculan al encerlos nuevamente. es un error comun que sucede mas frecuentemente de lo que imaginas.

Primero intetemos vincularlo nuevamente. presiona en la consol Xbox ONE el boton de sincronizacion que se encuentra en abajo del boton de encendido si tu consola es una Xbox ONE S o Xbox ONE X, o en la parte lateral izquierda, junto a la parte donde insertas
los discos si es une Xbox ONE de modelo anterior.

Al mismo tiempo presiona el boton de sincronizacion de tu mando, esta hubicado en la parte superior, entre el puerto USB y boton LB.

Despues de presionarlos al mismo tiempo por unos segundos empezara a parpadear de hasta que la sincronia sea detectada, cuando el parpadeo pare, el control debe funcionar normalmente.

Si el metodo anterior no funciona, tambien se puede sincornizar directamente conectando el mando a la consola con un cable USB.

En cuanto el mando sea detectado por cable puedes desconetarlo y seguir usando el mando de forma inalambrica.
