    Parents Permission


    I am trying to purchase Major Crimes Season 4 in HD through the Xbox One Store.

    A notice appears saying "You'll still need your parent's permission". You can buy this, but you'll need your parent's approval to run or play it.

    I click next and buy using Microsoft Credit on my console.

    I then get a pop up saying Ask an Adult to change your settings "To buy this, an adult needs to change your family settings at account.microsoft.com/family.

    I have never come across this problem before and all my settings are unrestricted. Is there an error?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    my sons Xbox Live account will not let him play until he has parent permission and I signed in and they won't let me do the parents permission please help

    I've never received this experience before. I purchased Star Wars: The Force Awakens only 5 minutes before and that was fine. This is the only issue I have had regarding this error.

    i have kinda same problem i get You'll still need your parent's permission screen but when i click next it will let me buy still but it dont ask me to change settings.

    I am trting to load fortnite on my sons x box 1x. It keeps.asking for an email to allow certain features but it wont recognose any email. help appreciated

    Is this a problem with permissions inside the game or with parental permissions on the Xbox?

    I found it, there are permissions in like 30 places for this, microsoft parental permissions, xboxlive permissions, etc. and the instructions are not clear at all

    You need to set up an account. If you already have an account sign into xbox.com and it will ask for the parent to sign in.

    HI, my son has just set up his Xbox live GOLD free membership, and everytime he tries to play it says he don't have permission. I have gone onto the permissions thing on Microsoft but I have had no luck. Could somebody please help.
