    I bougth my xbox 360 slim yesterday and i cant play almost any game because of the parental settings, i dont know the password because the previous owner put it, can someone help me get rid of it?

    I recently bought a second hand Xbox and it has parental settings enabled but I dont know the password, does anybody know any way I can play 18 rated games or remove the settings, strangely this only happens with newer games that are 18 plus rated like mw3
    and arkham asylum, all other 18 plus rated games I have work

    To answer your first question, I highly suggest following
    this guide.     For your case, it is pure gold.

    As for your second question, I believe you will be able to remove the password once you upgrade your child account to an adult account.

    On the console, press the guide button.

    Navigate twice to the right, and click on Family Settings

    Click on off.

    If you mean the menu is locked out where you change that, you may want to call Microsoft Support again.
