Parental Restrictions

I've set up my Xbox One with pretty much everything blocked. What matters most to me is disabling children from downloading apps (even free ones). It says in my settings that the Xbox live user can download "nothing", yet when I tested it out by downloading
Netflix, it let me download Netflix. I also have able to join online multiplayer games blocked and it still let me do that too. Am I missing something? Why are my settings not blocking these features?

Juste pour contribution , si vous êtes sûr que vous n'avez pas de compte parent , essayez d'en créer un , ensuite vous allez sur
account.microsoft.com/family puis connectez le compte parent nouvellement crée .

Ensuite faites ajouté votre compte ( l'ancien ) , une fois fait allez sur le site
Sign in to your Microsoft account en connectant le compte parent toujours.

puis Paramétres de confidentialités.

Confidentialité et sécurité en ligne sélectionne ton Gamertag , vous aurez accés tout pour
autoriser ou bloquer vos accés après enregistrer
tout en bas .

Just for contribution, if you're sure you don't have a parent account, try creating one, then you go to account.microsoft.com/family and then connect the newly created parent account.

Then add your account (the old one), once done go to the https://account.xbox.com/site by connecting the parent account always.

and then privacy settings.

Online privacy and security selects your Gamertag, you will have access to everything to allow or block your accesses after saving everything at the bottom.

Hey there Sek! If you are now over 18, you can promote your account to full adult status. Find this option here:
Settings Hub > Account > Promote Let me know if that helps!

If you are 17 and have parental restrictions on your account the parental account will need to remove those restrictions in order to allow you to purchase the content.

After you turn 18 you'll be able to promote your account to adult to remove the purchasing restrictions and no longer require a parental account.
