Parental permission UK - how can I find the credit card option

How can I find the credit card option to verify age? I don't want to upload my child's passport details or birth certificate to verify age.

Hello Teacup,

Here is a link to verify the parent account. The only way to verify the child account with passport etc., is to prove they are over 18. Make sure to sign in with your profile at top right.

Thanks Brad but this is an American link and I live in the UK - it won't accept my address details properly. Is there a UK option to do this by credit card? I can't really believe that thousands of parents across the UK are uploading their child's birth
certificate or passport just so they can use the Xbox without parent sign in every time.

Cannot get in for 3 days now. I cannot find anyplace to give "parental permission". Hasn't asked for a credit card. It would be worth the stupid charge if that would get my son back on. Spent an hour on "chat" to no avail. They admitted defeat and
said "someone" would call during the next 48 hours - as if we can wait by the phone.....Any idea how to give "parental permission"?
