    I am trying to pre-order a game and it is asking for parental permission to buy it even though that setting option is turned off on my account. I have enough money on my account to buy it and the content age rating is at the allowed level. I would very

    Hey there DEATH786killer.

    A bit confused with your issue. You're having troubles using the Chrome Web Store? If that's the case, you'll need to reach out to Google support for assistance with that, as Chrome is not Microsoft software.

    If you are part of a Family account, the permissions for content are on the Microsoft website in the Family section and set for each individual user.

    One of my most anticipated Xbox One features never works.

    Try accessing your account through the parent account in Settings to see if you can adjust your permissions. This does sound like a permission issue.
