    Parental permission for games?


    I would like to download Saints Row III. I am 17, which is the age recommended by ESRB for M-rated games. However, I cannot buy it because I am "not an adult." To further complicate things, there is no parental account associated with my child account.
    Is there any way for me to get parental permission to download the game while it is still free?

    Hey Kal! Just a thought, but have you tried messing around with the parental permissions and seeing if you can grant your sister's account permission to remove the music pass? Possibly looking under Zune/Xbox Music section and seeing if you can give her
    permission for passes or something. Then log onto her account and remove the pass?

    Really not sure if it'll work, but its a thought to possibly try until a support agent/more knowledgeable person gets with you.

    my son has had box live for 11 mths but its asking for parental permission everytime I try to complete the task to give permission I get an error code

    I am trting to load fortnite on my sons x box 1x. It keeps.asking for an email to allow certain features but it wont recognose any email. help appreciated

    Is this a problem with permissions inside the game or with parental permissions on the Xbox?
