    All you need to do is change the parent password and then it should work from there. Had some help from Brady D. from the Xbox Support Chat. Someone needs to give him a promotion! Looking for this thread the be answered/closed

    JUAN VAN is correct - the parent WLID and password are what it is requesting at that point. You might try resetting the password on the parent account via the steps offered at xbox.com/forgot. Let me know if this helps! :)

    Can't download game demos.

    You must be 18+, you have to have the parental password. If your parents set the account up then im sorry you cant play Mature games. There is no way to take off the parent e-mail unless you have that e-mails password. Hope this helped:)
