Hi there, I am here posting for another person his gamertag ( HF Graphic ) [Personal info Removed] - Never post personal info in the forums. and I am trying to contact you the ambassador because I am not able to log in to Xbox Live due
to parental consent. My account is not showing parental blockings according to a microsoft tech. person. If you could please contact me quick.

I see that you had 4 Friends only in your profile page in xbox.com.

You or your friend console have parental control ? (See
support.xbox.com/.../parental-control-info)

If so may have restriction and need to authorize.

Here link related with limit of friends as Mister Cerb states (support.xbox.com/.../chat-managing-friends)

Other reason its that your friend may already reach friend limit.

If you'd like more information on how to access Xbox Live with a Parental Consent issue there is a very helpful support page you can access, but may I ask first is there a parent account associated with yours?

Seems like there is a parent account that is managing your account. Do you know who manages the adult account?

the settings can be managed via this link via the parent account:
account.xbox.com/.../Home

Select Acces to content and after that the parent account should be able to manage what is allowed or not allowed

You can do that but it's recommended to have a parent account manage it.

Hey there Cath,

We are aware of the issue. It was put in intentionally due to Microsoft wanting the parent account to be allowed to
manage the option for cross play or not. Unfortunately, it's taking longer than expected to add it to the settings for parents to manage. We expect an update on this soon.
