    My mom set a parental lock on my account when I first got my Xbox and while I am only 17, I no longer live with her. How do I remove the lock from my account?

    case review does not work

    A suspension from the enforcement team is decided only after there is enough evidence to bring such a decision. The subject of the enforcement can be found here:

    Since you are trying to ask a review for a minor's account (a minor's account can't ask for a case review) you should do it through the parental account related to the minor's account in question.

    I suggest you to set up parental controls in your console so you can keep the minor's account always under control. To do that check this support page with step by step instructions:

    You'll need to get the code from your mother. As you are still underage no one will be able to assist you in this.

    When you turn 18 you'll be able to Promote your gamertag to adult at which point you'll be able to remove the lock.

    Then she would need to contact phone support for assistance with removing the code. Only the owner of the parental account will be able to do that.

    you need to login to the account that put the parental lock on it then go into setting look for a passkey or parental lock to remove it.
