I made my account way back when the Xbox 360 first came out, but I was underage I had to have a parent account over mine, now all these years later I am over the age for it but still have it, how do I get rid of it?

Good Day. Every time I try to play games that are rated 18 mconsole requests for the parental guidance password which i have since forgotten. How do i remove or resest my Xbox to remove it?
