    Good Day. Every time I try to play games that are rated 18 mconsole requests for the parental guidance password which i have since forgotten. How do i remove or resest my Xbox to remove it?

    I made my account way back when the Xbox 360 first came out, but I was underage I had to have a parent account over mine, now all these years later I am over the age for it but still have it, how do I get rid of it?

    Thanks I shall give this a try. Bit annoying still that the system automatically prompts the setup of a parental guidance password when an account is used by an individual that is under 18 but does not remove it when the account age has passed adulthood.

    Parental email forgotten, account is at a standstill

    If you are unable to gain the parental email/password from support on the phone then there really is not much more you can do. The support agent should be able to issue you the parental email if you provide them with enough proof you are the owner. If they
    are unable to do that then I'm not sure what else can be done. I hope someone else can correct me or provide further guidance.
