    Parental email problem

So with the new terms of agreement I can't even see the parental email on my account, therefore there is no way I can get to play anymore? This is kind of bad...

    All help would be appreciated.

Note: I've tried using all emails I remember of, but I don't remember most of my parents' emails.

    :)

  2. Parental Email Problem

A long story, when I was 14 I signed up for xbox live. I did not lie that I was 14, but i did make a fake email account for the parental email and put an older age on it and privileged my gamertag. I have never been able to go into the marketplace and download
an M-rated demo for a game. I havent accessed the parental email in a couple years and since it was a yahoo account it was deactivated. i have changed my age on my account to say im older than i really am but it still wont let me. yes, i understand this is
wrong and does violate the terms of use and privacy statement however, i am recently 17 years old and I still cannot access the free m-rated content on the marketplace. I am a little sick and tired of trying to find a way to contact microsoft and xbox to discuss
this specific problem as i have been unsuccessful in finding a solution on the support after 3 and a half hours of wasted time, searching for one on the website. I would really like to speak to or email a microsoft support team member. I know that microsoft
has the ability to solve this problem for me as various other problems with my account have been solved before. I would really like to be able to download demos so that Im not buying a game blindly without some hands-on experience to determine if i will like
it so that i am not wasting my money. I would really like to not have to begin a new tag as i have 36k+ gamerscore.n I am loyal xbox fan and would greatly appreciate having this hefty problem solved before attaining my Day One Edition Xbox One.

    Hi,

There's no way to change the date of birth on your Xbox LIVE account once it's been made. Changing the date of birth on the account.live page does not change the date of birth you first entered when making the account. You also need to be 18+ (not 17) in order
to download M-rated demo's as Xbox LIVE does not see you as an "Adult" until the age of 18.

If you wish to promote the account you will need to wait until the original age of the account hits 18, when it does you will see a promote option on your account which you can find by following the directions
here. This option will not appear before then, so you have another year ahead of you to wait it out.

    Hey there TweeGrain765,

unfortunately if you don't know the e-mail to the account, there's no way to access it without calling Microsoft support and having them try to validate the information you give to them. They will then ask you a few questions, and if you answer them correctly
they will give you your e-mail.

So give Xbox a call at 1-8004MYXBOX, and tell them this: Hey my gamer-tag is (Your Gamer-Tag) and I don't remember which parental email I used/Have.

You can also get in Contact With them by
