Sorry, it's not possible to transfer any sort of content from one account to another. The parental controls that were available from the family gold pack (family activity reports, granting allowances) won't be available, but you can still control things that
your family members can view by adjusting the console settings here.

Any account that has purchased content on that one console will make it so all accounts on that one console will have access to it. If you wish for another console to have access to that content with all of the profiles then you'd need to do a
license transfer to that console.

Have you ever had your xbox console connected to Live. Or are you trying to setup a new console? If it is a new console, it won't have an IP address. By default, the router hands out IP addresses (DHCP) to any device on your
network trying to access the internet.



As far as not being able to access network settings, that's a new one for me. Do you have parental controls enabled on your console? That might restrict you being able to change the network settings - just a guess.

I'm the account holder and I don't have parental controls set and I have no problem playing against other players in matchmaking it just won't allow me to join friends.

Try to access the parental settings from Xbox.com, either remove the current parental controls, or add new ones, whatever is needed.

Sometimes things just dont work right the first time using your console.
