    Parental controls Windows 10 problem


    Hi,

    So i tried playing Forza horizon online but i can't because it says that parental controls don't allow me to.

    I'm old enough and do not need any parental controls however i do not own a Xbox on wich i can remove it.

    I can't give me permission for the game because i can't enter my privacy settings of my alternate account aka "the adult account".

    Please help me to remove This parental control or give me the optioneel to acces all features from Forza

    is there anyway to change the parental control settings on thw XBox app for windows 10 so i am able to download designs and tune in forza horizon 4 at the moment it says im unable to due to xbox live setting even though set no parental control setting and
    i cant find the parental controls option on the app

    set up my account 2 years ago as an adult account with no parental controls, started playing forza horizon 3 on windows 10 today and some features are locked off due to parental controls? any idea how to fix this as microsoft support is useless

    my parents have paid for your original microsoft windows 10 PRO! And they even bought from your 2 of the original microsoft bluetooth mouse! my parents are very mad now we didn't even get our Controller for

    you guys better ask your manager or supervisor to give us a call or we going to make a police report about this scam!

    And my parents bought your microsoft website for USD800+ and we didnt even get our Controller for the Xbox on Windows 10!
