    Parental Controls reset

    Sorry to hear it. The reset codes are linked to the console and it's serial number so someone else's code may not work for you.

    What you should do is register the console at the link below then call phone support who can walk you through the reset process.

    It sounds like you are on the child account to me. An account just can't take control of another account like that without it being set up as a child account. If you continue having issues with your parental accounts, please contact phone support for more
