    Parental Controls Pointless?


    After spending lots of time setting up parental controls on my child's xbox one account, I realized that unless I can prevent a new account from being created, it's pretty much wasted time. Is there a way to prevent my child from just creating a new account,
    and then setting/using their own security/preferences? Or am I missing something obvious here? Thx!

    Parental Controls Pointless?

    If your child is intelligent enough to navigate our sites and has access to the Internet where you are not watching him, he can simply lie about his age to create a new adult account and attach that to a Gamertag. Hope this helps!

    Like everyone else has said, there is no actual parental control for the game. The cursing is part of the dialogue that was shipped with the game itself (i.e: coded into the cut scenes and scripted into the animation of the character). There's nothing you
    can do physically to censor it. You can only mute the volume or block the game on your console's parental control, but that would just block GTA V from playing on your system, so it's pointless.

    Well if that's true then the system is pointless since his whole recent list is mature rated games anyways. What is a child account actually doing?
