Parental Controls PIN

In trying to enable voice over mic in Fortnite, neither my X Box pin nor my Microsoft pin is accepted when prompted to enter my parental controls pin. I was told by the Microsoft tech that the MSA pin was required, but it is not accepted either. Both pins
work fine for me in all other contexts. I am at a loss and would appreciate some help.

hello MozLN the Xbox pin or Microsoft pin is different to parental control pin it could be that your parents have set the pin or you may have forgotten the pin if not i would suggest you contact Microsoft support to reset your pin: https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

the admin account is the one that controls parental controls, therefore it cannot have parental controls implemented on that account, place a pin on that accounts so they cannot use it then make them us theirs

According to EpicGames in order to reset your parental control pin:

Go to https://www.epicgames.com/account/parental-cont... and log in.

Enter your 6-digit PIN and click CONFIRM.

At the top of the page, under MANAGE YOUR PARENTAL CONTROL PIN click Change PIN.

Enter the new PIN that you want to use in the pop-up window and click on CHANGE PIN.

If you don’t remember your current PIN:

Click Forgot Your PIN?

A confirmation window will pop up. Click on CONFIRM.

You will receive an email with instructions to reset your PIN.

Note: For accounts that belong to Minors the PIN reset email will be sent to the parent/guardian email address associated with the account.

If that didn't work, the only best option is to contact the game developer EpicGames support for further assistance. You can contact them here at this link:
