    Parental controls

    My friend has an xbox live with a parental control account/password, but the account for the parental control was deleted by AT&T. Is there any way for my friend to get his account working with no email for his parental controls?

    Parental Controls not working

    When my mom puts in the password it says it cant sign in with the account we used while setting the xbox up, and when we go to the website it gives us, https://account.live.com to try and reset the password it says it doesn't exist, and you can't change
    the account that "doesn't" exist, which is the live ID that HAD to be made in order for parental controls to work, which worked when we set up the xbox because that's how I have all my friends! I don't understand and I want help soon!

    Sorry to hear it. To fix this you'll need to change the pin. That way no one else can adjust the settings without your knowledge.

    Try temporarily disabling the parental controls on his account and then try again. If it works, enable the parental controls again. If it doesn’t work, try using the Microsoft Edge browser.

    With the Netflix update, parental control blocks the Netflix app. Before, parental control blocked individual movies on Netflix which is how it should work.
