    Parental Controls Issue


    I have been getting game and purchasing access systematically blocked recently by "parental controls" on my Microsoft account, for Minecraft and Among Us, but I don't have parental controls set! I am 30 years old; my parents and I have a family group so we can share an Office365 subscription, but we each have Organiser accounts. I've even gone into the Family settings from each of their accounts and they have the same settings as me: nothing.

    This is driving me up the wall as all the help suggests "going into the Family app and turning off parental controls" - I can't do this because there are no parental controls. This feels like a bug that I have no way to report and noone to report it to. What the hell do I do?

    @BAD, how does Parental controls come into this? Parental controls would not cause storage space issues.

    Issues with parental controls

    I think the parental control takes effect over all the accounts on the xbox. without the password for the parental controls you can't get access to mature content.

    Problem is I dont have an adult account and dont have a family group
    You will then need an adult to create an account, add you to the family group and then change those settings for you, to enable you to play:
