    Parental Controls for Forza 7 Shared Content


    Being 40 years old and so not having Parental Controls set up, ever, it's a mystery why these should be applied now - especially also since my account profile and settings were transferred from my Xbox One S to the One X last week.

    I have changed Content Restrictions to 'Unrestricted' and haven't been prompted for a passcode.

    And yet the Parental Controls stay on, with a message to change the setting in my Xbox Live account.

    Where is the solution for this?

    you wont be able to change the parental controls on your account. only the person who has the parent account can make those changes to the settings

    Do you by chance have parental controls on your account? There are parental controls that block user content and there is a chance it only kicks in on halo reach when you're online as it could consider even your own content to be user content.

    Child accounts cannot download M or RP content that is free as that is considered advertising. However, child accounts CAN purchase M and RP content if your parental settings allow it. The parental account attached to your child account can manage these
    settings.
