Parental control Xmas help!!

Hi all! Basically long story short my gf's ex got her account for her and the idiots put parental controls on her account to stop her going online etc.. I was wondering if the parental controls are to the Xbox or just to the account? My idea is to get her
a years gold a new account and a few games but just am not 100% that will work? Thankyou in advance for any help

No worries. Have your girlfriend contact phone support to have the parental code removed. However, I did want to mention that if she is underage then they will not be able to help her.

Thanks for your reply mate but we tried doing that and basically waited for ages and the guy who we spoke to pretty much fobbed us off and said he can't do anything now but to call back another time? Makes sense right? Lol I was hoping to make it part of
her Christmas presents without her knowing which is why I'm curious if just making a whole new account would solve the problem? Thanks for your time bud

Sorry you got fobbed off by the rep on the phone. However, phone support is the only place you'll be able to get support on this. Only they can help get the controls off the system.

Horrorscoped

It is hard to break off of Skyrim but I think a lot of the COD players playing BLOPS are the kids whose parents have yet to buy them MW3. One of those MW3 for Xmas or Skyrim for Xmas deals.
