    How to reset a forgotten pass code for parental controls on Xbox 360? I don't know the answer to pass code question. I have Xbox 360 S console. Model 1439

    It sounds like you are on the child account to me. An account just can't take control of another account like that without it being set up as a child account. If you continue having issues with your parental accounts, please contact phone support for more
