    Parental Control Lock

    If you are under 18, it requires a parental account. If you go to the console and try to sign in, it will show the parental account address.

    Sorry to hear it. First off, you should never post your console's serial number on the forums.

    If you need to reset the parental control on the console but cannot remember the password then please give phone support a call as they'll be able to walk you through it. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    The WLID/password it is asking for is the parent account, not yours.
