Parental control lock code

Hello, I have problem with a parental control lock, my daughter set this code but now she can't remeber it nor the answer for question. I know that I should contact support office for my region but the problem is that on the support site it tels me that
this service is unavalible. I live in Poland, when I'm trying to google phone number to support I always end up on official site that tells me theres no such service.

So my question is - is contacting support only solution? Can I reset this code by formatting hard drive? I mean any way not requiring me to call service that seems to not even exist?

Nearly all requests for parental lock are kids trying to bypass the parental lock. The reset is easy and painless when signing into the microsoft account of the parent who created the lock code.

If you don't know the code to disable the parental control lock on an Xbox 360 console, you can always call up Xbox Support to have them help you reset it.

Last I remember, there's a secret button code you input in the system settings menu. The code is unique to every console. Provide the customer representative your console's serial number, and they'll walk you through the steps on resetting the parental lock.
Lots of people also do this when they buy a used console with a parental lock on it as well.

That means your console has parental restrictions in place. Maybe your parents set the console up, so you can't play games that are unsuitable for children or something like that.

If your parents didn't set up a parental family lock, then an adult can reset the code on the console following
