    I have recently purchased Forza Horizon 3 for PC, everything is going well except i have parental control activated on my account (i dont know why) this doesnt let me use some of the features in the game. I would like to change the settings but i dont know
    where to do it, i have been watching several forums and videos but since i dont have a xbox 360 nor a xbox one i cant find the settings.

    @BAD, how does Parental controls come into this? Parental controls would not cause storage space issues.

    Bastion116 is correct. This is a sticky situation. I would highly recommend calling Xbox Customer Support and explain to them the situation you are in. Be sure to have what information you do have available. Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    I think the parental control takes effect over all the accounts on the xbox. without the password for the parental controls you can't get access to mature content.

    Problem is I dont have an adult account and dont have a family group
    You will then need an adult to create an account, add you to the family group and then change those settings for you, to enable you to play:
