Parental control issues in Forza horizon 3

So i can't access auction house and stuff like that in FH3 because of my "parental controls" i don't really understand since my account is an "adult" account and i can't seem to find anywhere to change my parental controls, i have been trying to fix it for
really long but i can't seem to find a fix for it.

I don't have a family account thing or any of that.

Help is really appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out! Based on your situation, you may want to check is the
privacy and Online safety settings on the Xbox One. There
may be some settings that are preventing you from accessing certain aspects of FH3. Should you be receiving this issue on a PC, then I would recommend our Xbox
One online safety and privacy settings for parents and kids support article for assistance instead.

If the issue persists, try filling out the Age verification form.
You can submit proof of age by filling out the Age verification Request. After

Is it possible then to associate this account as a parent account?

because I'm having trouble with Forza Horizon 3

When I try to download a look of a car in the game the following error is displayed:

Privilege blocked

"This feature is blocked by the parental control settings of xbox live"

Sorry for the issue with the parental controls. I have noticed this also I have and adult account and certain areas I get the error parental controls. We suggest going to the

Forza Forums and post there, also this issue been going on for a while there might even be a answer there to fix it.

I would like to change my parental control settings because I am unable to access 'Find New Tunes' on Forza Horizon 4. My restricted content is 'Unrestricted' but I cannot access all the features on Forza.

you wont be able to change the parental controls on your account. only the person who has the parent account can make those changes to the settings
