Parental control bug in Forza Horizon 4

Well I looked at those settings on the Microsoft family settings webpage ( I don't have console) before you posted that, and I was the only account in family with no other account attached. Is there a separate parental control setting just within
xbox live? If so, please link the webpage to change those settings. If not, could there be a privacy setting that is turned on that I'm unaware of? If so, please link all possible websites that could be affecting it to your knowledge.

Go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings. Sign in with the account that you use on the Xbox to play the game (if necessary check the account on your console for the correct email first).

If you get a list of settings for Privacy and Online settings, choose to be able to see and share custom creations.

If however you see a page saying that you need to add your child account to an adult account, have a parent go to
https://account.microsoft.com/family and add your account to the family account.

Then have the parent go to the page above with the Xbox Online and Privacy settings, and do the change for your account.

After some reseach it looks like this is a common issue for child accounts. You need too sign in with the adult account attached too the child account and head too settings account family then choose the child account gamertag in the family. You will see
a option in those menus that says share user user generated content this needs too be set too everyone has the auction house in FH4 is content by other gamers. Once you done this for it too take effect you would need too remove the child account from the console
settings account remove and then restart the console and sign back in for those changes too take effect.

Only the people in charge of the family account can make the changes. They do it using there account in the family settings. Be sure to sign out and back in so that the changes take effect too.
